🌿Masala Dosa Bites - Paniyaram Pan Recipes - Ep 2 ! You can do a lot more than you can imagine in this paniyaram pan !! It’s my fav pan in my kitchen. Checkout Episode 1 as well , You will love it ! For the Aloo Masala 2 Large Aloo Boiled & Mashed 2 tsp Oil 1 tsp Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp Hing 7 to 8 Curry Leaves 1 Large Onion, juliennes 1 tsp Grated Ginger 1 Green Chilli 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder Salt, to taste 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander 1 tsp Sugar ( Optional) Some oil & butter for cooking Dosa Batter - Homemade or ReadyMade 🌟 Vishesh Tippani - First add just a tsp of batter to the pan & then quickly add the masala ball before the batter starts cooking - Cover & Cook on medium flame else the batter will be raw from inside - Once you flip the dosa bites, do not cover and cook.

Instructions

Step 1
