*For vermicelli noodles ready in 5 minutes, place the noodles in a heat proof bowl. Cover with boiling water and leave to stand for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

100gvermicelli noodles
or noodles of choice, prepared as per packet
3 cupsslaw mix
pre-made, vegetable
200gchicken
cooked, shreddedâ
2spring onions
white & green section finely chopped
½ cupfrozen edamame
prepped as per packet
2 Tbsptamari
2 tspsesame oil
2 tspmaple syrup
2 tspsriracha
optional, can replace with chilli flakes
2 tspwhite wine vinegar
or rice wine vinegar
1 tspsesame seeds
1 Tbspspring onions
fried, optional
2 tspblack sesame seeds
optional
Instructions
Step 1
To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Whisk or shake to combine. â
Step 2
Mix all of the salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and use a pair of tongs to combine the ingredients. â
Step 3
Serve topped with fried spring onions, sesame seeds and fresh chilli, if using. â
