Step 1
1.) Pre-heat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
2.) Lay out the filo pastry sheets and brush about a tbsp of olive oil.
Step 3
3.) Place the block of feta cheese in the middle and fold the filo pastry sheets like you’re wrapping a parcel. Bake for 20 minutes, turning half way through.
Step 4
4.) In a small bowl, mix together the honey and chilli flakes. Once the pastry is done, top with honey and fresh thyme.
