Easy Homemade Ciabatta Bread
There is nothing like the smell of fresh baked bread, the whole house smells amazing. This Simple ciabatta bread is soft and airy on the inside, with that perfect crunchy crust on the outside, it’s so easy to make with just a few ingredients and a little bit of time. I made mine into little loafs, you can make them into squares or make them round like rolls. They are Perfect for making sandwiches or dunking into soups and stews.

Instructions
Step 1
1. In a large bowl combine together the flour, yeast, salt and water. Stir with a wooden spoon, a Dough whisk or your hand until fully combined. Drizzle some olive oil on top and shape it into a rough ball. Cover it with the lid or plastic wrap. Allow the dough to rest for about 1-2 hours or until it doubles in size.

2. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set it aside.

3. Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface. sprinkle your surface lightly with flour as needed to make the dough manageable to work with.
Step 4
4. With your hand stretch out the dough into a large rectangle. With a bench scraper Cut the dough into 8 or 9 rolls. Dust the newly cut sides with additional flour as needed to prevent sticking.
Step 5
5. Transfer onto a sheet pan cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rest for another 20-30 minutes.
Step 6
6. Bake for 15-16 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
