Step 1
Melt choc and butter in 20 sec increments in microwave.
Step 2
Stir to combine then whisk in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder in. Add salt.
Step 3
Stir just until you can no longer see flour. Fridge 30 minutes to firm up; This is key for fudgey insides!
Step 4
Preheat oven 180C (160C fan).
Step 5
Scoop and roll 16 balls, space out 5 cm apart on 2 large lined trays. Bake 12 min.
Step 6
Fully cool on trays. Join gym.
