Instructions
Step 1
Place pork into slow cooker
Step 2
Mix together all ingredients apart from the corn flour together and add to slow cooker
Step 3
Cook on low for 8hrs
Step 4
1 HR before serving remove joint and remove skin.
Step 5
Place skin on baking tray and salt cook in oven on 200 degrees until crisp.
Step 6
Shred pork in BBQ sauce. If sauce is thin, dissolve cornflour in water and add to thicken sauce. Cooked on high for 30 mins
