Instructions

Step 1
1. Using a high powdered blender, blend oats into a fine powder. Transfer to a medium bowl and add protein powder. Stir to combine.
Step 2
2. Place cottage cheese, maple and vanilla in blender and blend until smooth. Add cottage cheese mixture to oat flour mixture, stir to combine.
Step 3
3. Gently fold in chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

4. Dig in with a spoon—no baking necessary!
