Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°. Spray a pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
Mix together the salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and oregano. Press into the beef, covering it from all sides.
Step 3
Roast for 15-20 minutes (until beef reaches 145° for medium)
Step 4
Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly and serve.
