Step 1
pre heat the oven to 180 Celsius.
line a baking tray with foil and place your chicken breast on it. season with salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 35 mins

serve the chicken and garlic bread in bowls. place the salad in the middle and pour over the lemon/olive oil mixture.
