Instructions

pre heat the oven to 180 Celsius. line a baking tray with foil and place your chicken breast on it. season with salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 35 mins

Slice the pepper, quarter the tomato, chop the cucumber and combine in a salad bowl with the mixed leaf.

combine equal amounts lemon juice and olive oil and mix.

cook the garlic Flatbread to packet instructions

remove chicken from the oven and divide each breast into two and then thinly slice.
Step 6
serve the chicken and garlic bread in bowls. place the salad in the middle and pour over the lemon/olive oil mixture.
