Olives

Pickles
Banana Peppers
italian dressing
1can tomato sauce
large, or jar
1kglean ground beef
or other ground protein of your choice
1 cupbread crumbs
2eggs
2cloves garlic
minced
2 Tbspitalian seasoning
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
½ cupcarrot
finely diced
½ cupcelery
finely diced
½ cuponion
finely diced
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the salad and place on a large platter.
Step 2
Combine the ground protein with bread crumbs, eggs, veggies, and spices and form into balls
Step 3
Place meatballs into the pasta sauce and simmer until thoroughly cooked.
Step 4
When cooked, place meatballs on top of the salad and top with mozzarella or Parmesan cheese.
