Instructions
Step 1
Grab the pork shoulder, preferably in smaller chunks and season with salt, pepper, and granulated garlic. Don't add too much salt, rub all the seasoning into every inch of the pork shoulder.
Step 2
Add three fingers of water and set to boil in a pot.
Step 3
Once it is boiling, add the already seasoned pork, and cover the pot in a way so the steam escapes while cooking.
Step 4
Once the level of water starts to get low you'll know by the sound of the sizzling pork. You'll then reduce the heat to low and stir around with wooden spoon to ensure even cooking.
