👇🏾ingredients👇🏾
-1 block firm tofu
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tsp onion and garlic powder each
-few tbsp corn flour
-few tbsp oil
-2 garlic cloves
-1 tbsp chilli flakes
-2 tbsp maple syrup/brown sugar
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-juice of 2 limes
-1 cup water + few tsp corn flour
-broccoli and roasted cashews
-quinoa, lime, fresh herbs and salt
👇🏾method👇🏾
-press and dice your tofu, coat in the seasons, cornflour and then oil then bake/air fry until crispy.
-fry the minced garlic and chilli flakes until soft and fragrant then add maple syrup, lime juice, soy sauce and water then reduce to thicken, add a few tsp corn flour with water if necessary.
-add the steamed broccoli, roasted cashews inf with the tofu then serve on top of the quinoa, garnish with sesame seeds and sriracha then enjoy x
