Ingredients

500g chicken breast, diced
50g chorizo, sliced
1/2tbs smoked paprika
1/2 tbs garlic granules
1 onion (diced)
1/2tbs garlic purée
1tbs white wine vinegar
1tbs tomato puree
1 chicken stock cube (crumbled in)
500ml passata
120ml elmlea light single cream

Method.
.
Cook the chicken and chorizo in the pan along with the seasoning. Once browned add in the onion and cook until soft. Then add in the tomato puree, garlic and white wine vinegar and cook for a minute or so and then add in the stock cube and cream. Serve and enjoy.
