Whipped ricotta
In need of a NYE appetizer for tomorrow? It’s a good thyme to whip up this easy whipped ricotta recipe. It’s a perfect appetizer for at home or to take with you to a gathering. 🧀
This recipe is light, fun and easy to devour. Give the recipe a try:
- 12 Oz of Whole Milk Ricotta
- 3 Tbsp Honey - I used
- 1/2 Lemon Juice and Zest
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
- Crostini or Grilled Bread
- Dash of salt and pepper
Start by blending your ricotta, lemon juice and 2 Tbsp of honey in a food processor or mixer. Mix until blended. From there stir in some of the lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste. Put in a serving bowl or dish, drizzle remaining honey, sprinkle with thyme and zest and serve with some grilled bread or crostini. 🥳
