Instructions
Step 1
Bake the rolls as per instructions
Step 2
Chop tomatoes and place in bowl.
Step 3
Add crushed garlic, basil and red onion along with olive oil and seasoning to the tomatoes. Mix together.
Step 4
Split the warm rolls in half and brush with olive oil. Toast in a warm frying pan or griddle.
Step 5
Top the rolls with the tomato mix and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
