Ingredients

8pork sausages

8pitted kalamata olives
roughly chopped

green olives
whole, or black

1shallot
or red onion, finely chopped

5garlic cloves
sliced
4anchovy fillets from a tin
finely chopped

700gpassata

2 Tbsptomato puree

fresh basil leaves

1 tspdried oregano

1 tspchilli flakes

1 heaped tbspcapers

salt
to taste

pepper

To Serve
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat on the hob, then place the sauasages in the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes until browned all over but not cooked through.
Step 2
Slice the sausages and place them and all the remaining ingredients in the slow cooker, stir and season to taste.
Step 3
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.
To Serve
Step 4
Stir the cooked spaghetti into the sauce or serve the sauce on top of the spaghetti. Sprinkle with basil leaves and grated parmesan.
