Recipe 🥬 - 1 medium broccoli head - 6-7 Brussel sprouts - 1 1/2 cups shaved cabbage - 1 1/2 cups chickpea flour - 3/4 cup shaved Parmesan - 3 eggs - 3 tsp chilli flakes - Salt and pepper to taste - Ghee for frying Method 1. Finely slice your Brussel sprouts & cabbage. 2. Steam your broccoli head until soft and then chop into small pieces 3. Combine your veg and mix through your chickpea flour parmesan, chilli flakes and eggs. 4. I keep a cup of water on the side to just add in small increments in order to reach the batter consistency in the above video. 5. Heat up your ghee and shallow fry patties for about 4 mins each side or until golden brown. 6. Enjoy! How are these hormone balancing? 🥬 1.
