RECIPE (6-8 servings, 45min prep time):

- 2 large ripe bananas, mash

- 1 1/3 cup (330ml) plant milk

- 1/4 cup (60g) peanut butter

- 4 Tbsp maple syrup
Step 6
Mix everything

- 2 cups (200g) oats
Step 8
- 2 Tsp baking powder

- a handful of chocolate chips
Step 10
Stir it in.
Step 11
Decorate with some banana slices.
Step 12
Bake at 200C/400F for 30-35min and let it cool down a few minutes.
