Instructions
Step 1
In a big bowl:
Step 2
Mix it all up and let it sit and marinate (can be used for dumplings and any leftovers makes for banging fried rice)
Step 3
You can even throw in a small dash of fish sauce
Step 4
Before wrapping , take a sample spoonful and fry it in a pan like a meatball just to taste the flavor (as it takes 2 seconds and will save a lot of hassle if balance is off!!!)
Step 5
Make a flat little meatball, put in dumpling wrapper and pinch closed
Step 6
In a large, non-stick pan, heat 1-2 tbsp. of oil over medium heat. Place the dumplings in the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown (you will need to do this in batches). Once golden brown, add a few tablespoons of water and cover with a lid to steam for about 3-5 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
