Heavily season flanks with penzeys adobo and salt. Mix all other ingredients besides red bell pepper and olives in bottom of crock pot. Put meat on top. Cook 4-5 hours in high, or 8 on low. Add red bell pepper and olives last hour. Toss meat through sauce at the end, or shred meat in sauce.
