1tbs smoked paprika
1/2tbs mixed herbs
2tsp garlic purée, or 2 cloves
1tbs tomato puree
4tbs red pesto- I used reduced fat
200ml chicken stock
120ml elmlea light single cream

Step 1
Cook the chicken and bacon in the pan along with the seasoning. Once browned add in the tomato puree, garlic and red pesto and cook for a minute or so and then add in the stock and cream. Cook until it’s reduced to a thick sauce. Serve and enjoy.
