Salmon Rice Paper Parcels

Salmon Rice Paper Parcels Makes 14 pieces Ingredients: • 250g salmon fillet (skinless, boneless, finely chopped) • 1 bunch chives (finely chopped) • 1 garlic clove (minced) • 1 tsp minced ginger • 1 tsp cornstarch (heaped) • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 7 rice papers Cooking spray Sesame seeds and additional chopped chives for garnish Method: In a bowl, add salmon, chives, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, sesame oil, and soy sauce; mix well. Soak rice paper in water, transfer it onto the working surface, and cut it in half. Add filling to each half (about 1 tbsp) and fold as shown in the video. Repeat with the remaining rice paper and filling. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the salmon parcels. Spray the top with cooking spray. Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 200°C. Garnish with sesame seeds and chives, and enjoy with your favorite sauce. IB :

Instructions

Step 1
