Instructions
Step 1
If there’s skin on the salmon filet, gently pull it back to remove it then cut the filet into 1 inch chunks. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
Step 2
Put the salmon chunks into the air fryer, make sure they aren’t touching.
Step 3
Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve over rice in a bowl with avocado, edamame, red peppers, carrots; Or over a salad, or with roasted vegetables.
