150gground hazelnuts

100gcandied lemon peel
finely chopped

finely chopped

Instructions
Step 1
Mix egg sand powdered sugar together and gradually add the measured and prepared spices. Add the nuts, flour and the remaining ingredients. The dough must be well worked through before letting it rest for at least an hour. But we can also let it stand for a day so that the aroma of the spices can be fully absorbed by the dough.
Spread the dough flat on the wafers
Bake with top and bottom heat at 150°C, approx. 20 minutes.
After cooling, cover with couverture, chocolate or icing if necessary.
