Step 1

Cook and finely chop the chicken.

Step 2

Chop and cook the spinach.

Step 3

Add the chopped chicken, cooked spinach and puréed pumpkin to a bowl and mix well.

Step 4

Add the mixture to silicone molds and freeze for individual servings.

Step 5

To serve, cook in the microwave or defrost and cook on stove.
