Combine:
28oz Boneless skinless chicken thighs, diced
80g Buffalo sauce
30g Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp chicken bouillon
200ml water
High: 3-4 hours
Low: 6-8 hours
Add undercooked pasta
672g pasta, undercooked by 50% of time shown on package
Blend cottage cheese & add
600g 2% blended cottage cheese
Add all:
150g 1/3 fat cream cheese
40g parmigiano reggiano
50g Cheddar powder
120g Buffalo sauce
60g honey
300ml milk
Salt and pepper to taste
*if it’s too thick, add in 100-200ml water to ensure pasta cooks through
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Allocate to 10 equal sized containers - store in the freezer (they’ll last for several months frozen) - microwave for ~4 minutes to reheat.
