Step 1
Season the rice with salt

Add oil to a pan and bake the meat

Once the meat is rare, add garlic, sesame oil and brown sugar

Divide the rice in four parts

Put the rice on a see-through foil
Step 6
Push the rice down and add the meat in the middle

Fold the foil and mold the rice around the meat into a ball

Add the seaweed around the ball
