Garlic & Soy Chicken Bites
Garlic & soy chicken bites 😮💨👌🏼 get these on your meal plan immediately, so easy to make & perfect for a balanced mid week meal. We had them with salad & homemade chips.
To make two portions you will need:
2 chicken breasts diced in to large chunks
3 tbsp plan flour
1 large egg
50g breadcrumbs
2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp chopped ginger
Sesame seeds (optional)
Coat each piece of chicken in flour, whisk the egg then add the paprika & plenty of salt & pepper to the breadcrumbs
Coat each piece in egg then breadcrumbs
Drizzle with some olive oil & cook in the air fryer at 190 for 12 mins or 20 mins in the oven
Whilst the chicken is cooking add the rest of the ingredients to a pan mix together & then leave on a medium heat for around 5 mins until it starts to bubble then turn down to low
Once the chicken is cooked add in to the sauce, mix it up until all the chicken is coated. Top with some sesame seeds if you have them & enjoyyy!!
