Instructions
Step 1
PreHeat Oven to 400 Chicken Pieces in Pan
Step 2
Add Sliced Potatoes in Pan. Cutting the Potatoes into medium slices.

Add Oil and Salt along with Poultry Seasoning Mixing them together
Step 4
Make sure all the Chicken is facing Skin Up. Bake Uncovered for 30mins
Making the Sauce
Step 5
Add a pinch of Salt and Water Smashing Together to create a Mash
Step 6
Add the Lemon Juice and Water Whisking Together
HALFWAY THROUGH THE COOKING PROCESS
Step 7
Add the Sauce to the Chicken and Potatoes
Step 8
Put back in Oven turning the temp down to 350 for 45mins-1Hr.
Step 9
Garnish with Lemons and Serve with Lebanese Bread and Salad
