Tawa Sandwich

Tawa Sandwich This easy peasy sandwich is full of flavour & gets ready in only 5 minutes. Let’s make this. Serves 1 2 slices bread 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped 2 tbsp yellow bell pepper, finely chopped 2 tbsp capsicum, finely chopped 50 gms paneer, cut in small cubes Salt to taste 1/4 cup cheese, grated 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp chilli flakes Apply butter, mayonnaise & ketchup on one bread slice. Top it up with the onion, red & yellow bell pepper, capsicum, paneer, cheese & salt. Cover with another bread slice. Grill it on a hot pan with some butter till golden brown on one side. Flip it over & top it up with more cheese, oregano & chilli flakes. Cover with a lid & cook till the cheese melts. Serve hot & dig in.!
