Instructions

Grilled Vegetables

Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and quarter the tomatoes
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Add the mushrooms at high heat and fry them for 3 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and fry for another 2-3min

Season the vegetables with salt, pepper and rosemary

Sandwich

Step 4
Cut the bagel in half and spread on the olive oil on both sides Toast the bagel until golden brown
Step 5
Spread on the mayonnaise on the bottom half Then add the arugula and grilled vegetables
Step 6
Chop the parmesan and add it to the bagel
