Instant pot macaroni & cheese

Easy instant pot macaroni and cheese. Add more cheese as desired

Instructions

Step 1
Add pasta water and spices to instant pot. Pressure cook high 4 minutes then quick release. Add butter and milk and mix until butter melts then stir in cheese 1 handful at a time to avoid clumping. I used a mix of cheddar, mozzarella and Gouda but any blend will work. Add more cheese as desired. A squirt of Dijon is also nice and a little cayenne to taste.
