Instructions
Step 1
In a big pot of boiling water, place a bottle, and let it boil for about 20 minutes. Remove the sterilized bottle from the pot and let it dry.
Step 2
Put the jalapeños in the bottom of the bottle, add your favorite extra-virgin olive oil, seal the bottle, and let it rest in a dry, dark place for about a month for best flavor. The oil will keep for several months.
