Instructions
Step 1
Dice half and onion and 2 potatoes
Step 2
Add chicken to the bottom of the crock pot and add seasonings on top of the chicken
Step 3
Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1.5-2 cups of chicken broth on top of the chicken
Step 4
Add diced onion and potato
Step 5
Make sure there is enough liquid to come to the top of the veggies
Step 6
Cook on high for 3-4 hours
Step 7
Remove chicken and shred
Step 8
Return chicken to the crockpot with the bag of frozen veggies. Let cook an additional 30 minutes.
Step 9
Bake biscuits according to package instructions
Step 10
Serve chicken and veggies over the baked biscuits
