Instructions
Step 1
* In a large bowl combine warm water, yeast, salt, 1tbsp olive oil and flour. Mix well and add 1tbsp olive oil on top. Cover and keep in fridge overnight or minimum for 8 hours.
Step 2
* Drizzle baking tray with 2 tbsp olive oil and transfer the dough in. Cover and keep in a warm place for 3-4 hours.
Step 3
* When ready, dimple the dough, add sun dried tomatoes (or anything you like your focaccia with) on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 35-40 minutes or until golden.
