Instructions

Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients together. With mixer on slow speed, drizzle vegetable oil into the bowl. When all the oil has been added, stop the mixer and squeeze a clump of mix in your hand. If it stays together, it is just right. If it is still crumbly, add another tablespoon of oil at a time until the consistency is correct.
Step 2
To make the pancakes: whisk together one cup of dry mix, half cup yogurt, half cup milk, and one egg. I usually use 5 cups dry mix at a time. They ingredients above make 10 cups of dry mix. (10 cups dry mix needs 5 cups yogurt, 5 cups milk, and 10 eggs.)
