Step 1
Finely chop garlic, broccoli, spinach and onion and mix together in a bowl.
Step 2
Make up cheese sauce, using butter, flour, milk, cream and cheeses. Pour cheese sauce into vegetable mix and stir in, then spoon this mixture into cannelloni shells.
Step 3
Place cannelloni shells in a layer on a casserole dish and pour over tomato sauce. Bake at 180° for one hour.
