Ingredients

1 kilotuna
boiled and flaked

1 cupalmond flour

2 cupsfresh spinach
chopped

2 tablespoonscocoa powder unsweetened

1red onion
medium, finely chopped

2cloves of garlic
minced

1 teaspoondried oregano

1 teaspoondried basil

salt

4eggs
large

½ cupunsweetened almond milk

1 tspblack pepper

1 kilospinach

1 kilococoa powder

10 glasseswater
cold

0.5 kiloice

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled and flaked tuna, almond flour, spinach, cocoa powder, chopped red onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried basil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.










Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and unsweetened almond milk until well combined.

Gradually add the egg mixture to the tuna mixture, stirring until everything is evenly incorporated.

Grease a baking dish (approximately 9x13 inches) with a little olive oil or use a non-stick cooking spray.

Pour the tuna mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into 15 servings.
Beverage and Side Dish

Boil water in a large pot add cocoa powder and let cooldown, refrigerate until cold, serve with crushed ice. Steam spinach do not overcooked then set as side dish.
