Honey Mustard Sesame Cauliflower & Carrots

Super easy to make with the frozen cauliflower from
and sliced up baby carrots
RECIPE:
1 bag
Cauliflower Florets
10 baby carrots, sliced in half
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp. Stone ground Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. Honey plus more
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
2 tbsp dried parsley
Pinch of salt and pepper
Sesame seeds
On a baking sheet add your oil and then add your cauliflower and carrots. Then add everything but the sesame seeds on top of the veggies and mix well.
Then flatten on the sheet as best as you can.
Garnish the top with sesame seeds and drizzle more honey.
Bake on 375F for about 55 minutes till the veggies have a good char on them.
Then EAT!
