sterilize appx 40 min total
Step 2
fresh sealing ring milk (1/2 gal or 1 gal) instant pot boil (yogurt setting, adjust) (automatic- appx 1 hr)
Step 3
confirm temp 180f (chk on digital)
Step 4
cool to 90-100f appx 1.75h at 66f RT
Step 5
stir in 2Tbsp probiotics to ramekin with same boiled milk, mix add to pot
Step 6
8-10 hrs (longer=more tart) (8h 30 min) yogurt setting instant pot
Step 7
fridge for 6 hours
Step 8
strain yogurt for a long as whey comes out
