Step 1
Wash and dry the containers very well. Some people sterilize them, I don't bother and have no issues. I recommend using glass containers rather than anything plastic.
Step 2
Fill the containers with your soy milk. Add 1 teaspoon of yogurt to each container and mix well with the teaspoon.


Step 3
Screw the lids on and arrange the containers into the yogurt maker. Set the yogurt maker for 10-12 h. 10 h give a more subtle yogurt. 12 h give a more set stronger flavour yogurt. I do 12 h, but check what is more to your taste.
Step 4
Transfer the yogurts to the fridge and cool them down before serving. The seem to further set in this cooling period, so I recommend not to skip it.
