This high protein pana cotta is the easiest recipe for when you feel like something sweet! You can use any flavour jelly but lemon is my favourite so far.

Instructions
Step 1
Add jelly sachet to a large mixing bowl with 1 cup boiling water and whisk until dissolved.
Step 2
Add the yoghurt and whisk again until smooth.
Step 3
Pour mixture between 2-3 glasses and refrigerate for a minimum of 2-3 hours to set.
Step 4
Serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream (I also love topping it with crushed mini meringues or biscoff cookies).
