I eat this Hash brown Avocado Toast at least 3 times a week. It’s such an easy breakfast, lunch or even dinner. I’m a breakfast for dinner type of gal, and this meal always hits the spot when I need something quick and easy……and it’s packed with protein!
✨Hash brown Avocado Toast✨
1 hash brown patty(homemade or store-bought)
2 eggs, scrambled
1-2 slices prosciutto
1/2 half avocado
1 tbsp feta cheese
1 teaspoon hot honey
Salt and pepper
Arugula
Red pepper flakes
1. Cook the hashbrown patty in the air fryer or according to package. Scramble the eggs.
2.Smash the avocado over the hash brown and top with scrambled eggs, arugula, prosciutto, and feta cheese. Season with salt/pepper and red pepper flakes. Drizzle with hot honey if desired.Enjoy!
