3-INGREDIENT Marshmallow Bread I’m taking my viral cottage cheese bread to the next level and adding in cacao powder (cuz who doesn’t love chocolate?) - It has the texture of a giant macaron / marshmallow thing! This is still sugar free (but feel free to add sugar if you want it sweet)

Instructions

Step 1
Using a stand or electric mixer, whip egg white powder with water until stiff peaks form. Blend cottage cheese then gently fold into the egg white fluff, then fold in the cacao powder (don’t over mix the cacao powder or it will all be brown). Transfer to a lined bread pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 350 F.
