Step 1
1. Boil the kettle for the boiling hot water
Step 2
2. Add chia seed to a bowl or jar with maple syrup and boiling water and mix until it forms a slimey texture
Step 3
Add the yogurt and mix until creamy and thick
Step 4
Melt the dark chocolate, meanwhile slice the strawberry and sprinkle on flax seeds and sliced almonds
Step 5
Once the chocolate is melted, drizzle it evenly across the chia pudding
Step 6
Store in the fridge overnight or dive in straight away!
