Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into 5 strips 95g each
Step 2
Season chicken with the 4 spices
Step 3
In a plate add the cornflakes and the same 4 spices and crush them into smaller pieces but not powder
Step 4
Dip the chicken in the 2 eggs wash and then into the corn flakes mix
Step 5
Spray them with light cooking oil spray then bake them in the oven for 20-25 mins at 200C or in the airfryer for 16-18 mins at 190C
Step 6
Mix the mini flat bread ingredients in a bowl and knead them on a floured surface then roll it and cut using small bowl into 5 mini flatbreads. Then cook them on an oil sprayed pan at medium heat for 2 mins on each side
Step 7
Mix in a bowl the sauce ingredients
Step 8
Assemble bread some lettuce chicken and evenly distributed sauce
