Instructions

Step 1
Cut chicken breast into 5 pieces (95g each)
Step 2
In a plate add corn flakes and a dash of all the spices
Step 3
Add chicken into the beaten eggs then into the cornflakes mixture
Step 4
Spray them with some cooking oil then bake them in the oven for 20-25 mins at 200C or in the airfryer for 16-18 mins at 190C
Step 5
Mix in a bowl the ingredients for the sauce
Step 6
In another bowl mix the mini flat bread ingredients then need them by hand on a floured surface then roll it and use small bowl to cut them into 5 small flatbread. Cook them in a lightly sprayed oil pan on medium high heat for 2-3 mins on each side
Step 7
Assemble bread lettuce chicken sauce
