Instructions
Step 1
Use a peeler to shave carrots and cucumbers into thin ribbons . Don’t add the seeds from the cucumber. Divide between two plates or bowls


Step 2
To a bowl add grated ginger rice vinegar toasted sesame oil soy sauce red pepper flakes and agave syrup and mix to combine






Step 3
Drizzle the dressing all over the carrots and cucumber and toss to combine . Sprinkle
