NUTELLA MARSHMALLOW TURNOVERS 😍
I thought it was time for another Christmas recipe 👀 although, these aren’t super festive, so even more excuse to make them now 😘
Light & crisp puffy pastry, stuffed with Nutella and gooey marshmallow 🤤 (feel free to swap the Nutella for another spread) They’re quick and easy to make and they’re absolutely delicious!

All you need is:
1 sheet of ready-roll puff pastry
Nutella or any chocolate spread
Mini marshmallows or marshmallow fluff
Egg wash (1 small egg + 1 tsp water)
Icing sugar to dust
Tip: to make them super gooey inside, pipe some more marshmallow fluff into the middle once they’re baked

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the sheet of puff pastry into 6 squares
Step 2
Place a line to mark out the square into two triangles
Step 3
Spread chocolate spread over one triangle side with some small mushrooms on top and then fold the other triangle over.
Step 4
Pinch the edges together using the fork and pierce some holes in the top with a fork and then brush with egg.
Step 5
Bake in oven for 10 mins at 200c
