Slow cooker Chinese chicken curry 😍 absolutely sensational. 3 chicken breasts into the slow cooker, add thickly sliced onion, baby button mushrooms, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic purée, then pour over the curry sauce (I mixed 150g gold brand curry paste with 500ml boiling water) cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 - add peas towards the end, the chicken should just fall apart.
